Lettings Administrator

Move Sales & Lettings is looking for an enthusiastic, driven Property Management Administrator to join our award-winning team. With consistent market growth and exceptional customer satisfaction, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Role:

You’ll be aiding our team of property managers in the management of properties in Cheltenham, Gloucester and surrounding areas, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and retain landlord and tenant relationships
  • Helping to oversee portfolio compliance and processes
  • Support team productivity
  • Contribute to company growth and development
  • Maintain high standards of communication and service
  • Achieve add-on service targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Lettings/property experience preferred but not required- we will train in house.
  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Organised, resilient, and detail-oriented
  • IT literate and a strong team player
  • Ambitious and self-motivated
