Property Inspector – Cheltenham & Gloucester

We are looking for a Full-Time Property Inspector to join our growing team, carrying out routine inspections, check-outs, and inventories across our rental portfolio. A company car can be provided for day-to-day duties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable, and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Our team pride themselves on delivering the very best service to landlords and tenants, and we are looking for someone who shares this commitment. If you’re ambitious, professional, and passionate about customer care, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out property inspections and garden checks, identifying maintenance issues and areas of concern.
  • Liaising with the Maintenance team regarding essential repairs.
  • Capturing photographic evidence and updating property records.
  • Preparing clear, accurate inspection reports using our internal software.
  • Conducting check-outs and inventories for tenants.

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident communicator with strong written and IT skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, able to work quickly and efficiently.
  • A people-person who can build rapport with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
  • Someone eager to learn, develop, and grow within our business.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence (essential).

Hours & Benefits

  • Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Salary

£26,000 – £29,000 per annum DOE
