Move Sales & Lettings are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our Award-Winning Estate Agency team in our Gloucester Branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work in a fast-paced office, selling properties in Gloucester and surrounding areas. We are looking to recruit someone that’s ambitious, self-motivated and passionate about overall customer service.

You will be responsible for:

• Retention & acquisition of clients, applicants & your own ‘pipeline’.

• Maintaining records on our internal database.

• Handling enquiries generated from marketing, the internet, telephone and walk-ins, in a professional manner.

• Conducting viewings with prospective clients and following up on feedback from these.

• Delivering against targets whilst conforming to compliance and continual improvement.

• Spotting business opportunities to help increase income, expand local market share and maximise cross selling with other departments.

• Execute business generation activities and ensuring sufficient pipeline business to meet regular targets.

• Maximising Branch profitability, working closely with the Branch team to ensure objectives are hit.

• Contribute, where required to the senior management discussions and development of company growth.

• Ensure company wide standards, processes and procedures are upheld.

• Supporting your Manager in compliance checking / ensuring legalities & company processes are correctly adhered to.

• Delivering excellent customer service.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience working as a Sales/Lettings Negotiator or Junior Sales/Lettings Negotiator, looking to accelerate your career.

• Good communicator.

• Demonstratable generation of new business in a target-driven environment.

• Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.

• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).

• You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients.

Salary OTE- £35,000-£50,000 Per Annum DOE - Uncapped Commission

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, Saturdays may also required with days off given in lieu
